Perinatal anxiety will be described in detail and participants will have the opportunity to consider how, where and when to refer parents/caregivers living with anxiety in their local community.  Strategies to support parents with mental health issues will be briefly discussed and participants will consider how to use Best Start Resource Centre strategies/resources in their own programs.  Participants will consider building capacity with other health professionals, to partner with agencies and sectors, and how to build community education and awareness.
